What type of fishing charters do you run?
“Inshore Fishing” charters. Meaning, most of his fishing is done close to shore in shallow water, to include shallow water grouper fishing.
What type of boat do you have?
Capt. Robert Rondos has a “Texas Skiff” 21′ Tunnel hull with a Suzuki outboard engine. This boat comfortably fishes up to 4 anglers and gets into extremely shallow water so you can get to fish that very few people can get to.
What types of fish can we catch?
Redfish, Snook, Sea trout, Tarpon, Cobia, Spanish mackerel, Sheephead, Snapper, Sharks… The list is very long as there are MANY different species in our waters.
What time do we start?
Start times are different each day, due to weather, tides, and fish patterns. Typically trips are started in the morning around 8am.
When do you tarpon fish?
May through June
When can we keep Grouper?
September through December 31st
How many people can go on a charter?
Up to 4 anglers
